We've structured our service policies and rates to fit the needs of businesses like yours. We think you'll agree that our price/value proposition is fantastic when considering the long-term impact on your business.

You may not need a full-time IT manager but you definitely need someone who understands your business operational needs and can be available at the drop-of-a-hat.

You might even be able to find a better rate with a friend or local relative. Good for you! ITPDX is pro-family! But even a very talented nephew needs a hand from time to time. As mentioned frequently in this web site we see our job at ITPDX to augment what you already have, not to replace it.

So give your friend or relative some great job experience! We'll help him/her with the overwhelming or complicated tasks that need more experience or knowledge and we'll even impart some industry tricks or knowledge on him/her to spread the good will. Who knows... maybe someday they'll be part of the ITPDX network too!

At first glance you may feel our rate is not typical -- especially if you're comparing the rate at 40 hours a week to your budget... but we need you to understand a few key reasons why that rate is going to save you money over the long-term.


  1. When you use ITPDX you're getting a whole IT staff (not just one professional). That means even though people fall ill, go on vacation, or have family emergencies we're still on-call 24/7/365.
  2. Our experience base is vast. We don't waste time because we already know most of the answers. You may pay a less-experienced full-time IT staff person an hourly rate and benefits to struggle up the learning curves to solve each rudimentary problem. These are problems we'll be solving in moments and on top of that, setting your systems up so that the problems won't arise again. You'll actually save man-hours against a full-time or part-time staff person.
  3. Once you're systems are set up correctly you don't need much support anymore. Many of our clients average less than an hour a week of our service.
  4. Finally, we can negotiate our rates depending upon your needs. If you really do require 5 hours a week or more of our time we can lower the rate for you to accomodate your long-term needs... but in our experience if your IT operation is set up correctly you won't need us that much.

RATE CARD

  • 24x7 on call (web-site help requests and/or support over the phone)
  • 1 hour response to on-call requests
  • 3 hour arrival to on-site critical emergency
  • $95/hr flat rate for all services billed in ¼ hour segments
  • 1 hour minimum for any onsite visit ($95)
  • travel time to your site (no additional charge)
  • evening hours (no additional charge)
  • weekend hours (no additional charge)
  • holiday hours (no additional charge)
  • outside metro area +$50/hr additional charge -- (west beyond Hillsboro, east beyond Gresham, north beyond Vancouver, south beyond Tualatin)
  • maintenance and training of your staff while on-site
