The first step to any new IT service relationship is for us to assess your current operational environment. We like to find out a little about your business and gain a clear understanding of what your technology is or is not doing for you. We usually start with a free consultation visit to gather this information. Contact us, we'd be happy to field your needs with a free no obligation visit!
We also want to know about your business goals and future plans. We'll take this information and put together some suggestions on how our staff can augment your current business model with the least amount of invasion.
If there is work that needs to be done urgently, (say you're having trouble with your Active Directory or workstations won't logon to the server, etc.) we will zero-in on those problems and get things under control quickly.
If you already have things under control we'll provide you some suggestions for the future and offer to provide on-call service in the case of emergencies.
If you have future development plans, we'll show you how we can help you accomplish them.
When we begin providing on-call service to you we will require some billable time to create a formalized IT profile book for you to keep on site for reference. We will also retain a copy at our call center so we understand what you have, immediately, when you call with a need. This book will allow us to respond quickly to emergencies even when we are not onsite. Also, it will give your own in-house staff something to use if they ever need to find quick and correct answers regarding your IT systems or procedures.
Our immediate goal is to give you total control of your IT environment by setting your systems up correctly and providing you with documentation you can actually use to handle most issues on your own. When we're done, you won't need to touch your systems very often to keep things running smoothly for months or years to come.
