What We Do > Respond Quickly

Next, we establish methods for you to contact us when there are emergencies, or even simple questions. We'll provide answers most of the time via email and/or telephone conversation. Eighty percent of the time your problems can be solved via telephone call and/or remote control interface to your network from our offices.

Because we are quick to respond and already have your network information in your IT profile, we can save you money. Most problems are solved within 30 minutes by telephone.

In some cases, on-site presence is required. We can arrive on-site within 3 hours of determining that the problem requires manual help. Also, we are sensitive to YOUR deadlines, not ours. If you need to deliver a big report "out the door" before 5pm Friday and the server is failing to allow access on Friday at 3pm; we will "bust ourselves" to get there and be your partner in making the deadline.
