Train Your Staff
Finally, we don't want to leave you and your staff incapable of handling the most common issues when we're gone. It's common to hear of IT service agencies that hoard knowledge and keep their clients in the dark so the consultants can make money off of their client's ignorance.
Frankly, our organization feels this violates a certain code of ethics. We want to leave you the tools and enough expertise to survive the minor bumps in the road.
We will work with you to identify your best 'IT savvy' staff member and train them as the point of contact for our service group. We'll make sure that everything we do is explained to that person.
For example: You don't need to call in our specialists if your printer spool is jammed. Your in house IT guru can un-jam it. However, you may want to call us in if the spool jams every single day; that could indicate a larger problem.
